What kind of coke do you want?

The most asked series of questions...at least where I grew up..."Want a Coke? Ok...what kind?" :) I remember our youth pastor from Tulsa that tried to get us to say "Pop"........ummm..."you've got to be kidding me".

However, he did make a good point. One time while preaching on a Sunday night (because that's when youth pastors preach :) ) he said "I've got to settle something. The generic word for a carbonated drink is not 'Coke'....it's 'pop'. *a hush fell over the audience* When we go out to our into the parking lot and go home tonight, we all don't go out to our Buick's...we go out to our VEHICLES!!"

Ok Stuart...THIS one is for you!!! [click here]

Oh my.....this hurts....

Ummm.....can you say "humbleness"....or...I mean....humility? [click here]

Google Mistake?

I was Google-ing the weather in Camino (awesome program for you Mac-heads...thanks Mo!) and it said it was 90 outside. It might be hot...but not there yet. Check out the time in the upper right hand corner. HAHA!

That's it! DON'T annunciate!!

Wal-Mart has really had bad service lately. No one cares. But, as my motto goes, "It ALWAYS boils back down to management." Poor employee attitudes are resulted from poor management attitude.

Anyway, last night at 9:30 I was walking the aisles and heard the announcement of all announcements over the intercom: "Attenshun WalMarks shappas. Tha jury department is now closed. Again, the JUUUUURRY department is now closed! Thank yew!"

I will say that I laughed.....then shook my head.....and finished spending a lot of money that drove the Wal-Mart (or WalMarks) stock, that I don't own, even higher than it already is.
